"We worked with Susie to help us bundle all of our insurance after buying a new house, and she made the process so simple and easy! She basically did all the work, got us a great rate, and got all of our insurance started on time! Editing my review bc State Farm has been completely ripping me off for years. I have been with State Farm for a long time, and never thought anything of how much they were charging me. Just got a quote with progressive for less than half me cost for the same exact coverage. All these excess charges going directly to the sales reps’ commissions. Plus, they bribe clients with Amazon gift cards to give them 5 star reviews."

"Hi Michelle, I am unable to review your account because you did not provide your full name, but I can assure you State Farm does not charge extra in order to pay anyone's commissions. Progressive specifically offers an introductory rate to entice customers to switch and then pulls that discount off after a few months. State Farm is a mutual company meaning we price our policies solely to pay our claims unlike Progressive which is a stock company that only cares about their outside investors. State Farm is also taking a substantial rate decrease this month that our team would have explained had you reached out to our office. Also Progressive is notorious for slashing your coverage compared to your State Farm policy without your knowledge. If the difference in price is so substantial I would love the opportunity to review the quote they provided in order to find the discrepancies. Feel free to reach out to my office anytime."
